Our Ice cream wet liners can be used on eyes, lips, face and body.

Use with any setting spray of choice for a waterproof application or just use water. 

these can be used to cut a crease as a base before a pigment or shadow to make the colour brighter. can be used as a liquid liner, and in the corners of the eye for a neon pastel pop of colour.
